Objective

In July of 2012, William Skelley founded the online investment firm iFunding. One year after its inception, the crowdfunding platform had raised $19 million in real estate investments. Utilizing a password-protected website, William Skelley offers investors the opportunity to allocate funds toward real estate projects and track their growth upon successful funding. Prior to his career at iFunding, Skelley served as the principal advisor at Rose Park Advisors, LLC. During his time with the Boston-based firm, he managed the investment company’s business development practices. Focusing on disruptive innovation, Skelley evaluated investment potential in companies that would positively alter the current market and therefore create value for Rose Park Advisors. A graduate of Harvard University's owner/president management program, Skelley possesses experience in asset management, alternative investments, and venture capital. He has built a solid foundation of knowledge in business, having also founded the international investment company Pallas Global nearly a decade ago, and consulted for organizations like Olympus Corporation.
